Where items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.

Effective Date: 09/01/2024 C.A.C. Solutions, LLC provides professional consulting services customized to each school, organization, and community we serve. Please review our refund policy carefully before submitting payment.
1. Nature of Services

All services provided by C.A.C. Solutions, LLC are professional consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Community engagement strategy
  • Parent and community task force training
  • Enrollment and outreach support
  • Strategic planning and advisory services

Because these services are customized and time-based, they are not physical goods and cannot be returned.

2. Payments & Service Start

Services begin upon receipt of payment or on the scheduled service start date, whichever occurs first. Payment confirms your agreement to move forward with the outlined services.

3. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

This includes:

  • Deposits
  • First-month payments
  • Retainers
  • One-time service payments

Once work has begun, time, preparation, and resources have already been allocated to your project.

4. Cancellations Before Services Begin

If a client cancels before any services have started, C.A.C. Solutions, LLC may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund minus any administrative or preparation time already completed.

Refund eligibility in these cases is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, you authorize C.A.C. Solutions, LLC to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon services. Clients agree to contact C.A.C. Solutions, LLC directly to resolve any billing questions before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution.

Documentation of services rendered (including emails, meetings, deliverables, and timelines) may be provided to payment processors in the event of a dispute.
